Good morning.... how are we all going? Its getting to the business end of the silly season and its Friday so you know what that means another sketch reveal for Inspired Blueprints with #115. This layout is perfect for those 6x4 photos and quick enough if you need to do a shadow box for a present....
So grab a cuppa and see what the talented design team has done with this sketch.
Layout by Elina Stromberg
Elina flipped the sketch and used a bit smaller photos. Also changed the position of the journaling tag. She started they background by gluing down lots and lots of feathers. What a fun project!!!
Layout by Rikki Graziani
Rikki has kept the feel of the design and has used smaller 3x4 photos with some additional layers to the layout, and has done a watercolour background with some stamping.
Layout by Sharryn Thomson
Sharryn loved this sketch as she could fit more photos than her usual one on the page. Sharryn used three smaller sized photos and kept them all in landscape format and added her embellishments under the photo on the right leaving her some lovely negative space. Instead of using all journaling tags as the sketch suggests, she used a die cut for her title and some Project Life cards she cut down to suit the theme of her layout.
Layout by Maria Featon
Maria has turned the sketch 90 degrees clockwise to suit the orientation of her photos. She used tickets instead of the tags, but Maria kept the rosettes just as they are in the sketch. The title was added to her photo on an iphone app before she had it printed.
Layout by Tessa Wise
Tessa scrapped some of the family selfies they took on a recent hiking trip. She didn't stray from the sketch- just added some extra embellishments and tags.
Layout by Sarah Wilkins
"Sometimes when it cold and gloomy in the UK its nice to scrap some warm summer beach photos"
Sarah has used lots of stamping on this page, including one of her favourite Ali Edwards stamps.
Layout by Cassie Wiscarson
Cassie has made this sketch into a wonderful double layout, by stretching out the sketch and has added the perfect amount of layers and misting to the layout.
Layout by Marlyn Ramirez
Marlyn has stayed true to the sketch. She has used a digital kit by Kathy Winters Designs' Mr. Holly Jolly. Marlyn didn't have a lot of tags so she just added more elements in place of those tags in the sketch.
